October Meet&Greet

We are glad to invite you for our monthly Meet & Greet on 21st October, which is going to take place at the Polish Embassy. This is an honor from our Charity Chair, Ms Aldona Krajewska, the spouse to the Ambassador of Poland to the Russian Federation.

We will have an exciting chance to learn interesting things about Poland (culture, beauty and food).

As we have dedicated the month of October to our Charity, you will meet some of our Charity organizations and discover more about what they do and their needs. There will be exhibitions to showcase their work!

Additionally, we will have a mini-Bazaar which will give you a chance to buy exciting things!!

Guests are welcome too, at an entry fee of 2000 rubles. Please make sure your guest also registers through the form.

If you are a newcomer and wish to sign up for membership, kindly send me the filled membership form. (attached below).

The fee for membership sign up/renewal is 5000rubles.

Please note, we will be accepting donations of clothing for adults and kids, household necessities, cosmetics or hygiene products (unused). We are sorry but we do not accept books and toys.

P.S: DO NOT FORGET YOUR PASSPORT / ANY DOCUMENTATION FOR ENTRY AT THE SECURITY GATE.
