Mashi is a South African born citizen, born and bred there but through her diplomatic life she had an opportunity to travel and live in other countries outside South Africa. In all the countries she lived, Mashi always found women clubs and organizations that afforded her volunteering opportunities which she used for her advantage, time and passion; that ignited her desire to want to always use the opportunities that life creates for her. She holds an MBA in Sports Management degree and have vast experience working in public & private sector on social development and community projects. Working with communities and locals is one of her best. She advances this by using every platform available that will allow her to use her knowledge, experience and skills in ensuring that her impact in bringing change that is needed is felt wherever she find herself living
